Preamble
C o R A - D e u t s c h l a n d is a group of consultants focusing on cost analysis and cost reduction with regard to "other operating costs".

CoRA aims at supporting its clients in arriving at, working out, and implementing cost cutting concepts. As our consultants' fees are covered by the cuts in costs which have been achieved, our consulting performance automatically means profit for you.

Another objective is to offer the client the optimization of other operating costs in administration and service operations entirely from one source. We achieve this by means of our nationwide network of a large number of experienced and professional consultants.

We wish to make sure that our success will always mean profit for you.

Consultancy Approach

The competitive situation in today's globalized markets and the resulting pressure on prices and margins forces companies in almost every line of business to continually optimize their costs.

Their in-house activities are mostly focused on the following pools of costs: personnel, marketing, sales and investments.

We, by contrast, have a different approach. We look for cost cutting potential in the supposedly fixed category of overhead costs, where the hidden cost drivers are to be found.

Due to the hassle of everyday business, many companies seem to neglect the systematic analysis of other operating costs. That's why CoRA has specialized in reducing these overhead costs.

In addition, CoRA offers its clients risk-free consultancy services. Specializing in cost cutting, CoRA charges fees based on results, as the consultant's performance can be measured in terms of euros and cents. The fee is funded by the savings we bring about and amounts to a one-off payment of 50% of the savings achieved in one year.

CoRA's consultancy service does not stop at just working out cost cutting concepts. CoRA consultants are not only firmly committed to the drawing-up of feasible concepts but also to actively supporting clients in the implementation of such measures.

Our aim is not only to cut costs but also to maintain the existing quality - or even to improve it. More often than not, our measures automatically entail a streamlining of various processes. More extensive projects on process optimization can be implemented for a set fee.

Organization

In Germany, CoRA works nationwide with a large number of consultants integrated into a cooperation system. This network consists of project managers and experts in the respective cost types.

Project managers in Germany are responsible for the coordination of these experts and thus ensure professional project controlling. This way, it is possible to put together the most suitable project teams on the spot.

Every project is managed by a seasoned project manager with many years of experience. This is your contact to facilitate smooth project progress from
start to finish

Our experts are professionals in their field - competent, hands-on and up to date. Thus, you may be sure that the very best solutions will be found - despite rapidly changing markets. Our experts' advice often leads to decisions on systems which save costs and at the same time bring about significant improvements in quality.

The expertise of our professionals is consolidated in our CoRA - Centers of Competence and can then be accessed and put into practice in the course of project implementation.

Project Handling

Typical CoRA project management consists of the following steps:

• Signing of Client Agreement

• Identification of Project Requirements

• Data Procurement

• In-Depth Analysis

• Drawing up a Concept

• Report on Findings

• Implementation of Measures

• Payment of Fee

After the client has signed the agreement, the project requirements essential for a successful implementation are laid down in cooperation with the client. At the client's request, limitations on measures may be taken into account at this stage. The client hands over such data material as copies of invoices, framework agreements, contracts, etc. which is necessary for the completion of an extensive analysis of the actual situation.

In the course of the in-depth-analysis, we identify areas with savings potential and the possible scope of the cost cutting effects. In this context, a comprehensive analysis of the client's cost components is made with regard to profitability, terms of delivery, market situation, etc.

Based on this in-depth-analysis, a cost cutting concept complete with specific details on the optimization of the cost types analyzed is drawn up and documented in detail in the report on the findings. The resulting measures are agreed upon together with the client.

But the consulting process does not stop at the presentation of concrete cost reduction potential or the new concept.

Instead, we support our clients in implementing all of the cost cutting and organizational measures recommended by us.
